Lindsay has over 35 years of experience in the financial services industry, with the last 17 years focused on Compliance, Corporate Governance, and Anti-Financial Crime.
Lindsay has helped businesses navigate complex regulations and compliance requirements. Her experience shows that well-trained employees are key to success. Before starting her own successful compliance consultancy firm, Lindsay worked in Fund Management, Private Equity Administration, Outsourced Compliance, Global Custody, and Training, and was involved in visits by the Guernsey Financial Services Commission (GFSC).

Throughout his career, he has worked with a diverse range of clients, from small local businesses to FTSE listed corporations, providing insightful financial guidance and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
